Your online therapy with us

How do I start?
The first step is to get in touch. Let us know how we can best contact you via our quick and easy form.

How much does it cost?

  • After the free consultation, individual sessions are £55.

  • We offer 10% off a pack of four sessions, for £200.

  • We require payments to be made up front at least 24 hours before your session. If we do not receive payment 24 hours before, the session will be cancelled.

How many sessions will I need?
Therapy isn’t an exact science and there isn’t a one system fits all. Our therapists will work with you to create a personalised plan on how to get you through the challenges you are facing.

What if I need to cancel a session? If you wish to change or cancel an appointment after the free consultation, we require 24 hours notice. Failure to provide this notice will result in being charged the price for the session in full. If you cancel with over 24 hours notice, you will have the chance to re-book your session at a time that suits you.

How long does each session last?
The first consultation runs for up to 30 minutes. Subsequent paid sessions are 50 minutes.

How are the sessions conducted?
Our online therapy is accessible from all devices. We usually conduct our sessions via Skype or Zoom, but you can let us know your preference.
